We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit issues, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule. Project timelines are estimates and are not guarantees unless specifically stated in writing.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that all necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must provide accurate information about site conditions, underground utilities, and any other relevant factors that may affect the project. You are also responsible for maintaining the completed concrete work according to our care instructions to preserve warranty coverage.
6. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and may vary based on the type of service performed. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, settling, freeze-thaw cycles beyond normal expectations, or acts of nature. DKC DeKalb Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services.
